Description :

Zedoary Root or Curcuma Zedoaria ( Zedoary, white turmeric, or temu putih ) is a perennial herb and member of the genus Curcuma, family Zingiberaceae. The plant is native to South Asia and Southeast Asia but is now naturalized in other places.
